The price is $29 for a 52 week subscription. 

To subscribe to MailMax online follow these steps:

1. Go to this link to set up an account > Submit
2. Go to the link labeled “Online Payment”
3. Fill in blank for “Invoice Number:”  with the word SUB
4. Fill in blank for “Payment Amount;”  with the amount 29.00
5. Click the button labeled “Submit”
