Community Papers of Michigan Auction Survey Winner of a $100 MasterCard!

Deanna Ladd of Bellevue, MI., is the winner of a $100.00 MasterCard for being randomly selected from her submission of a completed auctioneer survey.  People from throughout the state took part in the Community Papers of Michigan (CPM) Auction Survey.  Ms. Ladd saw the promotional ad in The Battle Creek Shopper News, went online and completed the auction survey.

CPM’s Executive Director Jack Guza, explained, “CPM works closely with Circulation Verification Council (CVC) in St. Louis, Missouri to audit most of our association’s members’ circulation.  CPM commissioned CVC to provide a readership survey for the auction industry in Michigan as CPM works closely with the Michigan Auctioneers Association (MAA), placing print advertising for auctioneers into many of our members’ publications within the state.  CPM also offers several advertising networks that MAA members utilize.  CPM’s President Don Rush, and Board Member Wes Smith, along with MAA’s 2018 president Joe Sherwood, provided the questions to CVC that will help identify auction attendee habits.  These questions served as the basis of the survey that was offered over a two-week period in January, 2018.  The findings will be presented to MAA Members at their annual conference, which is being conducted Jan. 31-Feb. 2, 2018 in Frankenmuth, MI..  Thank you to all who took part in this survey!”
