Mary Buller

Mary Buller, 90, of St. Joseph, went to meet her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Pine Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Stevensville.

A Celebration of Life Eternal will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 31 at First Church of God, 2627 Niles Ave., St. Joseph, with Rev. David Colp officiating.  Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma.  Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. Mary was born July 21, 1925 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Alva & Luella (Keagle) Knox.  On July 14, 1951, she married Delbert Buller in St. Joseph.  Mary cared for her home and her family as well as working over the years at VM Corporation, Michigan Bell Telephone, Printek and Graphic Services Co.  She was a member of First Church of God for more than 60 years, and in her later years, Twelve Corners Community Church where her son-in-law is the pastor.  Mary served as a Sunday School Teacher and Superintendent, Greeter, Soup Kitchen Coordinator, choir member, a part of several women’s trios and the Couples Club.  She loved to play her guitar and sing, and cook for and entertain her family on holidays and other special occasions.  She was a kind and gentle spirit whose personality was a witness to Jesus to all those around her.  Mary loved the Lord with all her heart, as well as her family and her two Church families.

Mary is survived by her daughter Cindy (Rev. Richard) Sing of St. Joseph; three grandchildren-Rebecca Sing, Jeremy (Tonya) Sing, Rachel (Todd) Bythrow; six great-grandchildren-Celeste (Matt) Bell, Brianna Deurloo, Jacob Bythrow, Adam Sing, Noah Bythrow, & Nina Sing; one great-great-grandson Wyatt Bell; and several nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband Delbert on January 2, 1997, her brother Maurice Seaman & her sister Sylvia Howell.
