Larry was born June 20, 1950 in Benton Harbor to Dale and Ruth (Howell) Williams.

He was employed in insurance sales for over 30 years.

Even though his memory was fading to where names were a challenge, he could still remember faces and the game of softball. Larry loved to tell the story of him talking to President Eisenhower when he was 4.

In his free time he enjoyed watching old black and white movies and strumming his guitar.

According to his grandchildren, he made the world's best homemade french fries, but still enjoyed going to McDonald's in South Haven for fries and a strawberry shake with his sister Nancy whom he developed a close relationship with after moving to Coloma 5 years ago.

He was very protective of his family and would do anything for the little guy.

Larry was baptized in the Adventist Church 40 years ago. The one thing he would never forget was that he loved his family.

Survivors include his wife Linda whom he married in 1968; a daughter Laurie (Matt) Urias; two sons Larry (Heather) Williams, Jr. and Adam Williams all of Michigan; his sisters Nancy Caprez of Coloma and Dorothy Vann of Livingston, Texas.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren; Josh Urias, Brecken (Mike) Masser, Ashtin (Cody) Heiss, Hannah Urias, Kaitlyn Williams, Shaye Williams, and Delaney Williams; four great grandchildren, Eliana, Paisleigh, Hadley, and Amora along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Larry was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.
