Robinette “Robin” D. Mandarino, 39, of St. Joseph passed away on Monday, September 18, 2017, at her home surrounded by her family.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017, at 11AM, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 555 Delaware, Benton Harbor, with Father Ben Huynh officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Bluff Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, September 21, 2017, from 5PM until 7PM at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Robin was born on September 11, 1978, to DeWayne Greening & Ellen DeVries Diener in Berrien Springs. She attended St. Joseph High School and then earned her Bachelors in Education from Western Michigan University.  On June 11, 2011, Robin married Scott Mandarino in Bridgman. She worked as Lead Generalist at Lake Michigan College.

Robin was a strong, funny and inspiring women who had a huge heart. She had an eye for design and enjoyed redecorating her home. She enjoyed listening and dancing to music of all genres, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Robin is survived by her Husband, Scott of St. Joseph; parents, DeWayne Greening of St. Joseph and Ellen (Tom) DeVries Diener of Bridgman; children, Antonio (Jamie) Reyna of St. Joseph and Samantha Mandarino of St. Joseph; stepchildren, Mitch (Kimmie) Mandarino of St. Joseph and Zach Mandarino of St. Joseph; grandchildren, Abigail & Annalyse Mandarino of St. Joseph; brothers, Rick DeVries of Bristol, TN, Kevin (Sandra) Greening of Atlanta, GA, Randy Greening of St. Joseph and Kreg (Kimberly) Greening of St. Joseph; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
