Rock 107 WIRX Teams Up With Southwest Michigan Human Trafficking Task Force

Rock 107 WIRX teamed up with Southwest Michigan Human Trafficking Task Force and named them the beneficiary from station fundraisers including the 2019 Bike Bash event in June and the 3-Day Ride in September.

Bike Bash is an indoor motorcycle show at the Berrien County Youth Fairgrounds

3-Day Ride is a motorcycle trip for anyone who wants to spend 3 days on two wheels site seeing and exploring the Great River Road and other areas as it changes from year to year.

Human trafficking is the 2nd largest criminal activity in the Nation and happens EVERYWHERE, including SW MI. Rock 107 is proud to team up with the Task force.

“The generous amount of $3,507 raised has been earmarked for survivors. This money is a fabulous start! It doesn't only take a village to make a difference, it takes bikers and rockers too. Rock 107 WIRX, the employees, and the bikers have not just raised money, they have made a difference!” said Cathy Knauf-Founder of the Southwest Michigan Human Trafficking Task Force.
