Joel Morrow Obituary

Joel “Joe” Morrow, 77, of Coloma, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022 at his home following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday at Duffield & Pastrick family Funeral Home in Coloma with Pastor Roy Jeffries presiding. Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday evening from 6-8 P.M.

Joe was born in Benton Harbor, Michigan on October 25, 1944 to Raymond and Marie Morrow and was a lifetime resident of the area. Joe was an automotive technician prior to retirement, having worked at K-Mart Auto-Goldblatts and Hy Firehammer Tires in Benton Harbor. He and his wife Beverly have celebrated 44 years of marriage. In Joe’s free time he enjoyed both fishing and hunting, gardening, and he loved working his concession trailer at local Indian Pow Wows.

Joe is survived by his wife Beverly; two sons, Joseph Morrow of Thompsonville, Mich. and Anthony Morrow of Bloomington, Mich.; his daughter Laura Jo Morrow, also of Thompsonville; two step-daughters, Deb (Rick) Childs of Grand Rapids and Roberta (Charles) Snyder of St. Joseph; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

He was proceeded in death by his parents and two brothers, Donald Morrow and Michael Morrow.
