Krasl to host SMSO Pop-Up Concert

Krasl Art Center to host Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra August 2022 Outdoor Pop-Up Concerts

Krasl Art Center (KAC) will welcome the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra (SMSO) to their Oval Lawn as part of the free Pop-Up! concert series every Thursday in August. Bring your favorite lawn chair or blanket and friends to enjoy these select performances!

These concerts were started during the pandemic as a thank you to the community for its support of the SMSO. They are FREE to the public, however, donations will be accepted to support SMSO. These concerts are supported, in part, by an award from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs and the National Endowment for the Arts.

The SMSO hopes the community will enjoy these rousing orchestral offerings. Food trucks and water sales will be on-site, or you may bring your own food & beverage to enjoy on the lawn if desired.
