Sodus, MI - Matthew “Matt” Oliver graduated from Watervliet high school in 1997.



He went into the workforce for several years, then joined the Marine corp.

Most recently he had been employed at Meijer of Stevensville.



Matt was preceded in death his sister Sara Anderson, his father, Gailen Oliver, his grand­ parentsClarenceandMartha Oliver, James and Naomi Smith, andJackandVernettaAnder­ son. Also 2 uncles William Smith and Nathan Oliver, and a cousin Troy Oliver.



Matthew is survived by his parents Barb and Eric Anderson, his sister Heather (Jorge) Leonar­do of New York, his brother Jon (Kim) Anderson and 6 nieces and nephews. Also, several aunts and uncles and many cousins.



Per Matt's wishes cremation has taken place, no services will be held.
