Revierra Gibson Obituary

Revierra Gibson, 18, formerly of Niles, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022 in Killeen, Texas where she was residing.



A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, with Rev. Mike Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Coloma Cemetery in Coloma. Friends may visit with the family Wednesday from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Revierra was born June 25, 2003 in Niles, Michigan and later moved to Killeen, Texas. She was a very loving & caring person, always thinking of others. She enjoyed fishing with her grandfather, spending time with her many friends and family, and caring for her son Zae’kari. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.



Revierra is survived by her son Zae’kari James Gibson Crathers; her parents-Heather Marie Gibson, DeShaun (Shawnette Booker) Clark, Lamont Jones, guardians-Jacob & Shauna Thar, II; siblings-Lamont Lee Jones, Jr., Daychenae Jones, Montasia Lee Jones, Vera Jones, Lamont Carter Jones, Lavar Lee Jones, Jonathan Thar, Tony (Becca) Thar, Sadie (Dalton) Prentice, Autumn Thar, Emily Thar, DeShaun Clark, Jr. Alexander Williams, & Diamond Patton; grandparents-Donna Marie Alsup, Vera May Jones, Sandra Hill, Donald Clark; great-grandparents-Jacob (Mary Beth) Thar; aunts & uncles-DeShaunna Clark, Steve Atkins, Sharicka Atkins, Tre’Vonne Atkins, Tina (Jim) Slattery, Brenda Alsup, Carol Ruwe; and a host of cousins, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister Uniqua Jones and her grandfather Timothy Alsup.
