Edward Walter Mileski Obituary
Edward Walter Mileski, 83, passed away at the home he built on March 7, 2025, in Coloma, Michigan. Born on October 1, 1941, in St. Joseph, Michigan, he lived a full and meaningful life dedicated to his family, friends, and hobbies.
Ed proudly served in the United States Army before embarking on a long and successful career with Whirlpool Corporation, where he worked from 1964 until his retirement. His dedication and work ethic were evident throughout his career, earning him the respect of colleagues and friends alike.
Beyond his professional life, Ed was an avid outdoorsman who found joy in fishing, hunting, boating and grandkids. He cherished the time spent on Paw Paw Lake, where he shared countless stories and created lasting memories with those around him. His love for storytelling made him a beloved presence among family and friends.
Ed loved his family dearly. He is survived by his Son and Daughter Jay and Sarah Jollay; grandchildren Jonathon, Jackson, Claire, Benjamin, Samuel, and Michael Jollay; Godsons Dave Williams and Don Williams; and nieces and nephews Judy (Robert) Slutsky; Gregory (Diane) Nilles; Jill Nilles, great nephews, nieces, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Barbara (Nilles) Mileski, wife Robin Mileski, as well as his brother Richard Mileski.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, located at 157 Lucinda Lane in Watervliet, Michigan. Burial with military honors will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Watervliet. Online guestbook available at www.duffieldpastrick.com.
