John Franklin Edwards Obituary

John Franklin Edwards, 89, of St. Joseph, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Corewell Health Lakeland, St. Joseph.

John was born on December 1, 1934, to Thomas and Mary (Sapp) Edwards in Columbus, OH. John honorably served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Professionally, John served the entirety of his career in Sales. On December 29, 1979, he married Sharon M. Senne, she preceded him in death in 2010. On August 20, 2011, he married Deloris Jean Bugg (Smith) in St. Joseph. John was a long-time avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.

John is survived by his wife, Deloris Edwards; son, Mark Edwards and daughter, Jennifer Edwards; many stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Sharon Senne-Edwards.
