Ruth E. Morrison Obituary

Ruth E. Morrison, 82, of St Joseph, MI passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025 at "A Place Called Home" in St Joseph. Arrangements have been entrusted to Starks & Menchinger Chapel - 2650 Niles Rd., in St Joseph.

Ruth was born Nov. 22, 1942 in Benton Harbor to the late Bernard and Doris (Zachary) Morrison.

Ruth was a 1961 graduate of Benton Harbor High School. She continued her education at Northeast Bible Institute receiving her Degree in Christian Education. Ruth was employed at Chemical Bank for 44 yrs. as a teller. She substitute taught at several area schools over the years; she served at area Assembly of God churches (currently Blue Roof Church) in Children's Sunday School, missions board member and women's ministry. She loved the Lord and showed it in service to others and her church.

A committal service will be held on Friday, September 19, at North Shore Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to A Place Called Home where she lived the past several months.
