Phyllis Muriel Spicer, 80, of Stevensville, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at Grand Vista Assisted Living, Coldwater.

Betty Jane Toush was born in rural southwestern Michigan on the 24th of July in 1931. Her parents, Russell Toush and Albertina “Bert” (Wyman) Toush were blessed with their only child on that day.
