Audiologists from Dr. Kasewurm’s Professional Hearing Services Participate in Largest Gathering of Audiologists in the World
Dr. Gyl Kasewurm and Dr. Terry McIlvaine from Professional Hearing Services in St. Joseph participated in Audiology NOW! 2015 in San Antonio Texas. The annual Convention represents the largest gathering of audiologists in the world and is organized by the American Academy of Audiology. This year’s event focused on the theme Steering with Success andprovided the nearly 8,000 participants the opportunity to attend four days of educational sessions.
Participants had the opportunity to hear Dr. Kasewurm present information on unique tools to build a private practice. Kasewurm, a well-known author and international presenter, shared her expertise on her benchmarking approach to offering exceptional customer service and an unparalleled patient experience.
