Berrien County Democratic Women’s January meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 12.  Our new meeting site is the Lincoln Township Public Library, 2099 W. John Beers Road in Stevensville.   Social time will be from 5:30-6:00.  After that there will be a business meeting followed by the movie, He Named Me Malala.  Vividly portraying the obstacles Pakistani women face in getting an education because of prohibitions by the Taliban, this affecting documentary chronicles the story of Malala Yousafzai, a 15-year-old who was shot because of her advocacy efforts.  Late-comers are always welcome!
