FAMILY PROGRAMS
Halloween Party
Thursday, October 10, 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Get your costume ready for an evening of Halloween fun! We will have games, crafts, a photo area with props, popcorn and candy galore! For all ages. Costumes are encouraged, but not required. Please note the library will be closing at 3:00pm and will remain closed during this event. Normal library operations will not be available during this time. No registration required.
The Craft Connection
Tuesday, October 15, 2:00pm
A different make and take craft every 3rd Tuesday of the month. In October, make a sock pumpkin. Bring a sock, but make sure it's clean, please! Pumpkin spice soap will be the project for November 19 and wine cork Christmas trees are on December 17. No registration required. For ages 13+ (great for adults and homeschooled teens). While supplies last.
Root Beer Making

Learn how to make your own root beer or cream soda. Fun for the whole family. No registration required.
Nerf Nite

Nerf Nite returns! Bring a blaster and get ready for some fun! Please note, the library will be closed during this event. Normal library operations will not be available during this time. No registration required. For ages 6+, adults too!

Hands-On Science: Bridge Building

Science, creativity and competition! Kids will compete to make a bridge that holds the most weight. For ages 5 - 12. No registration required.

Planning for Health Care Emergencies

What if you have a health care emergency and become incapacitated? What if memory loss creates risks for you and your family? Who will make decisions for you? William Westerbeke, an attorney in Elder Care Law, will talk about how to prepare for these situations. No registration required.
