Harbor Woods Townhomes, a new rental housing community developed by Pearson Construction, is officially opening in Benton Harbor, with initial move-ins beginning January 1st, 2026, and additional units becoming available in February.

The Harbor Woods development will help inform that work by demonstrating how strategic land use and private investment can respond to the demand outlined in the upcoming Housing Needs Assessment.
