Crafting for Valentine’s Day

Drop in for an extravaganza of Valentine’s craft making. Projects include: Wood Valentine Décor, Driftwood Heart Mobile, Heart Trivet, Valentines Cards.

Chocolate for Valentine’s Day

Saturday, February 8, 1:00pm – 2:00pm

Make that special someone a hand-crafted chocolate flower for Valentine's Day. For all ages.  No registration required.  First come, first served.

 

"War of the Worlds" Author Talk

Tuesday, February 11, 6:00pm

Join us as Author William Hazelgrove talks about his latest book, “Dead Air: The Night that Orson Welles Terrified America.”  Hazelgrove illustrates how Orson Welles turned six seconds of radio silence (dead air) into absolute horror that caused massive panic during his radio broadcast on October 30, 1938.

Saturday, February 15, 10am – 3pm ($5 bag sale)

 Stop in and get some great deals on gently used books!  All under $1.00.  Proceeds benefit the library.

 

Magic the Gathering Night

Calling all Magic players!  We are hosting a Commander/EDH night.  Players will be matched based on skill level.  From beginners to CEDH Masters.  Please bring a Commander Legal Deck with you.  

No registration required.  For ages 9+

 

Library Therapy Dog 

Every Monday, 11:30am – 12:00pm

Harvey, a licensed therapy dog, and his handler, Laurie, will be here every Monday for some cuddles and conversation!  Stop by and say hello!
