Flee and Elude in Berrien County

On 5-27-17 at 8:19 pm a deputy from the Berrien County Sheriff’s Department attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding on Pipestone Rd near Evans Rd.  The vehicle did not stop and led officers through Sodus and Pipestone Townships before heading north again and turned into the BP Gas Station at Meadowbrook and Pipestone where he was boxed in.  The suspect was then apprehended.  He was lodged at the Berrien County Jail on charges of Flee and Elude and Resisting and Obstructing Law Enforcement.
