NARRATIVE:

Officers were called to a serious injury accident on Territorial Rd just west of Arent Rd in Bainbridge Twp.  It was determined that Todd Kietzer, 58, of Hartford, Michigan was travelling east bound in the west bound lane of Territorial Rd.  His vehicle struck another vehicle head on that was west bound.  The second vehicle was driven by Paul Perez, 57, also of Hartford, Michigan.

Perez was taken to Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph, Michigan in fair condition by Pride Care Ambulance.  Kietzer was flown to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo in serious condition by Med Flight.

This accident is still under investigation by the Berrien County Accident Investigation Team and further information will be released at a later time.
