Maytag Brand Bringing Day of Dependability to Benton Harbor Boys & Girls Club’s Fettig Youth Campus
This Thursday, the Maytag brand will be treating 250 members and staff of the Benton Harbor Boys & Girls Club to a Thanksgiving inspired meal and an evening of fun and entertainment. Volunteers from Maytag and the broader Whirlpool Corporation will serve club members a meal and provide face painting and other activities. Some club members will prepare dances, skits and other performances to entertain the crowd.
The pre-Thanksgiving Day of Dependability in this format started in 2019 with adjustments made for safety in 2020. This year, more than 15 volunteers will participate to create a memorable evening for club members and staff.
This is part of a 20 year relationship with the Boys and Girls of America at a national level. Current national programs with Maytag and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America are the Maytag Dependable Leader Award and the Maytag Feel Good Fridge. A Maytag Feel Good Fridge sits in the Fettig Youth Campus. Learn more here: www.maytag.com/boys-and-girls-clubs-of-america
