Nadine Steinke Obituary

Nadine Steinke, 84, peacefully went home to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her family on October 31, 2026.

Born February 1, 1942, Nadine was the daughter of Ben and Chloris (Stevens) Fisher. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend whose life was marked by faith, generosity, and a deep love for the people God placed in her life.

Nadine shared 61 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Fred. Together, they built a life, a home, and a family that would become their greatest legacy. Through the years, they shared life’s joys and hardships, creating a foundation of love and belonging that would carry on through generations. Their life together was a testament to the commitment they shared, and while Fred was called home before her, there is comfort in knowing they have been reunited once again.

If you didn’t know Nadine, to know her was to be truly loved by her. She was a giver, a devoted prayer warrior, and someone who showed her love through consistency. She never needed a special occasion to remind you that you mattered. She cared deeply for her family and friends, and carried those she loved close to her heart.

Above all, Nadine loved Jesus. Her faith was woven into the way she lived and the way she cared for others. She leaves behind more than memories. She leaves a legacy of faith, kindness, generosity, and a love that was felt in the everyday moments.

Nadine was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years, Fred Steinke, and her daughter, Rhonda Steinke.

She is survived by her son, Ron Steinke; four granddaughters, McKenzie (Kyle) Lott, Shelby (Mack) Charles, Cheyenne (Matt) Bond, and Phoebe Steinke; and her great grandsons, Javonni Steinke and Marcel Harris.
