New Housing Option Available in June

(ST. JOSEPH) – Lookout Point, a modern residential community at the site of the former Lakeland Continuing Care Center in St. Joseph, is now accepting applications. Flexible leasing options for two and three-bedroom apartments are available ranging from $900 to $1400 per month. Phase one of the project is set to be completed in June, with phase two, also featuring single-bedroom apartments, available in 2017.

The apartments offer a wide array of features, including air conditioning, elevators and controlled access entrances, granite countertops, and in-unit washer and dryers. Pet-friendly options are available, and apartments can be leased for one to three years.

The complex also features community amenities, including: 14-person theater room, barbecue and picnic areas, children’s play area, class/craft room for birthday parties and large gatherings, community clubhouse, fitness center featuring a yoga space, and outdoor bocce ball court.
