Adults: 80’s Night! Trivia Competition & Fashion Show- December 4th at 6pm: Adults- are you ready to flashback to the 80's? Join us at the library for a group trivia competition (6-6:45pm) followed by an 80's fashion show (6:45pm-7:30pm)! We'll take a total of 6 teams with 4 persons each for the trivia and registration is required (trivia only). Sign-Up HERE, use the QR code on our flyers, or call the library to get your team registered. For the fashion show- dress in your 80's best (or worst) among these categories: glam, punk rock, workout wonder, or denim daydream.
Movie Matinee- December 6th at 1pm: Come on down for the Library's showing of this month's title: "Scrooge" starring Albert Finney, Alec Guiness, and Edith Evans. Film time starts at 1pm and guests are welcome to bring their own munchies!
Anime Club For Teens- December 6th at 4pm: Hang out with friends, watch and discuss Anime, and enjoy candy & snacks! This is a monthly program that meets on the first Friday of each month.
Winter Safety Refresher- December 9th at 6pm: Brush up on your winter safety skills and get tips on how to keep yourself and your loved ones safe on the roads and at home this snowy season.
It’s Elementary: Dewey Decimal Gift Scavenger Hunt!- December 10th at 6pm: Kids, get ready to use the Dewey Decimal System to complete a scavenger hunt and claim a gift!
Clay & Cookies- December 11th at 6pm: Teens in grades 9th-12th Get in the holiday spirit with friends while making some sweet clay ornaments and enjoying snacks!
Tweens: Indoor Snowland!- December 12th at 5pm: For kids in grades 4th-6th, Enjoy this indoor winter wonderland with snowball fights, games, icy activities, hot chocolate, and music!
“A Christmas Carol” Community Read Aloud- December 14th at 1pm: Come be a part of this holiday favorite by signing up to be a reader of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" or settle in for this classic story as a listener. Enjoy a cup of cocoa and some community cheer! Interested readers can sign-up HERE, use the QR code on our flyers, or call the library (269-983-7167).
Pages & Paws- December 19th at 6pm: Let your little one grow their reading skills & confidence with this lovely program which allows them to read to an adorable pup.
