Movie Matinee- October 4th at 1pm: Come on down for the Library's showing of this month's title: "The Prestige" starring Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman, and Scarlett Johansson. Film time starts at 1pm and guests are welcome to bring their own munchies!
Anime Club For Teens- October 4th at 4pm: Hang out with friends, watch and discuss Anime, and enjoy candy & snacks! This is a monthly program that meets on the first Friday of each month.
Travel Tales- October 8th at 11am: Explore Poland from the comfort of the library with this inclusive, NEW program for Alzheimer’s/ Dementia individuals and their caregivers!
It’s Elementary: Touch Tag! October 8th at 6pm: Did you know there are over 20 different versions of the game "Tag"? Come play a few with us in this program designed for kids in grades 1st-3rd.
Mugs at Maud’s- October 9thth at 6pm: Teens in grades 9th-12th Decorate your own custom mug while enjoying some Halloween treats!
Tweens: Halloween Potion Class- October 10th at 5pm: For kids in grades 4th-6th Invoke some Halloween spirit with spells, potion, and tasty treats!
Pages & Paws- October 17th at 6pm: Let your little one grow their reading skills & confidence with this lovely program which allows them to read to an adorable pup.
Play the Ukulele!- October 19th at 11am & 1pm: Learn to play or learn new skills with Michigan's Ukulele Ambassador Ben Hassenger! Beginners of all ages at 11am, teens & adults with some skill at 1pm. Registration requested, as space is limited.
Things That Go BUMP In The Night: URBAN LEGENDS- October 23rd at 6pm: Have you ever repeated a story from a friend, who heard it from a relative, who heard it from someone else? Then you've participated in an Urban Legend! Join us for an evening of some of the most famous urban legends ever shared, with historian Rhiannon Cizon.
