South Bend Record Show holds final vinyl fair of 2025
The South Bend Record Show, one of the Midwest's largest vinyl and music expos, returns on Sunday, Dec. 7, to The Gillespie Conference Center, Hilton Garden Inn, 53995 IN 933, just north of St. Mary's College, for its final event of the year.
Thirty-seven vendors from six states will occupy 100 tables to sell pre-loved LPs, new vinyl releases, 45s, CDs, cassettes, posters, vintage stereo equipment, concert T-shirts, record supplies, and more. This is a can't-miss event for music fans.
"There’s some amazing finds in the room that you will not see anywhere else, but there’s also classic titles that make the show accessible to everybody on any budget," said South Bend resident Jeremy D. Bonfiglio, the event organizer. “Since this is our December show, customers can get in some holiday shopping to find the perfect gift for the music lovers in their lives.”
Key Highlights:
Most music genres are represented, with a strong emphasis on classic rock, modern pop, ’80s, hard rock and metal, punk, jazz, blues, R&B, country, soundtracks, and more (including Christmas music).
General admission begins at 11 a.m. and costs $2. Early entry is at 9 a.m. for $7.
Door prize drawings will be held at noon and 2 p.m. for the chance to win $25 shopping certificates and record products from BCW Supplies, the event's sponsor, based in Middletown, Indiana.
BCW will give away free tote bags to the first 75 customers.
Attendees are encouraged to bring cash, as it is the preferred form of payment among all vendors. Select dealers may also accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. There is an ATM in the hotel lobby.
Mark your calendars: The South Bend Record Show is a bi-monthly event. The next show is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026, at the same location.
