This summer, ARS Arts and Culture Center celebrates 14 years of cultural arts!

Now gearing up for our second round of Summer Art Camps specifically designed for TEENS from July 15-19, ARS Teen Arts Camp features both guided lessons and open studio time. Space is limited, visit arsartsandculture.org to sign up.

ARS Teen Open Studio Camp, for ages 13 through 18, is scheduled from Monday, July 15 through Friday, July 19, 12-4 pm. Through the guidance of our talented teaching artists, students will be using a wide variety of resources and art supplies to develop artistic skills, critical thinking, and visual problem-solving. Teens will create and develop original works of art as they are exposed to various art techniques, processes, and concepts with a focus on developing their own style as they create art in an open-studio environment. They will have opportunities in painting, sculpture, mosaics, and more. ARS Teen camp will take place at ARS Arts & Culture Center, located at 147 Fifth Street in Benton Harbor. The cost for this session is $185.

As has been customary at the end of the week ARS will have an artist reception on the last day of camp. Teens’ friends and family members are invited to attend a reception during which they can view work created throughout the week, conversing and engaging with the students about their pieces.

CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED - PLEASE REGISTER EARLY! To register for camp or for more information, click HERE or call ARS Arts & Culture Center at 269-363-4740.
