Travel Tales at the St. Joseph/Maud Preston Palenske Memorial Library
WHAT: The St. Joseph/Maud Preston Palenske Memorial Library is the proud recipient of the Berrien Community Foundation "For Good" Grant for the implementation of their new program for individuals with Alzheimer's and/or dementia and their caregivers: Travel Tales. The Travel Tales program is designed to facilitate and stimulate cognitive ability through the use of folklore, music, imagery, tastes, and souvenirs centered around a travel theme.
WHEN: It is held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 11am at their library location of 500 Market St. in St. Joseph, MI beginning on February 11th, 2025. This program is free and requires no registration.
WHO: The St. Joseph/Maud Preston Palenske Memorial Library has been an institution in the City of St. Joseph, MI since 1893, serving some 18,000 city and township residents through their mission: "Creatively serving the community with diverse resources and learning opportunities."
