Happiness is a pill. Individuality is a crime. Experience a "perfect" future where happiness is a pill away and no one ever feels alone—but at what cost? In Douglas Post’s gripping stage adaptation of Aldous Huxley’s masterpiece, the high-tech World State is challenged when an outsider known as “the Savage” arrives, sparking a powerful collision between the regime’s forced contentment and the raw human spirit. Join us for a sleek, thought-provoking theatrical journey that explores the true meaning of freedom and the power of individuality.
Show dates are October 9 - 25, 2026, Friday & Saturday at 7:30 pm and Sunday at 2 pm. Tickets available at twincityplayers.org beginning July 20. Brave New World is produced by special arrangement with the Dramatic Publishing Company of Woodstock, Illinois.
