Artplay for Adults

Project: Acrylic Skins with Gel Plate
The project in September is Acrylic Skins. Acrylic skins are dried layers of acrylic paint peeled from a non-stick surface, in this case a gel plate. They can be used in a variety of ways: mixed-media, collage, added onto cloth or canvas, stitched, faux mosaics, sketchbook covers, jewelry making, sculpture, resin art, decoupage and more. Learn the basics of this process and take home a piece of art!

Travel Art Journal Club

Learn the practice of travel art journaling in this four-week, on-location, club. We will make an art journal travel kit and will meet at a specific location each week for a differing travel journal experience. One-on-one attention and a variety of techniques will be explored.

Nerf Nite
