On 8-14-25 at approximately 2318 hours, the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office responded to the intersection of Meadowbrook Rd. and Michael Rd. in Bainbridge Township for a two-vehicle personal injury traffic crash involving a Jeep and a Motorcycle. Deputies arrived on scene and found that the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Meadowbrook Rd. when a Jeep was turning westbound onto
Meadowbrook Rd. from Michael Rd.

The motorcyclist collided with the driver side of the Jeep and was ejected from the motorcycle. The Jeep was driven by a 36-year-old female from the Coloma area. The motorcyclist was a 33-year-old male from the Eau Claire, MI area. The motorcyclist sustained severe injuries from the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet, however both speed and alcohol appear to be contributing factors in the crash.

The traffic crash is under investigation by the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office traffic crash reconstruction unit.
