Patricia Ann Dill Obituary

Patricia Ann Dill, age 82, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026. She was born on May 25, 1944 in LaPorte, IN, and raised by her loving and cherished parents, Carl and Ethel (Chupp) Young.

A celebration of life for Patricia will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 11:00 am the Starks and Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd. Saint Joseph, Michigan 49085. Visitation with Patricia’s family will take place one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Fairview Cemetery in Watervliet, Michigan. For a more lasting memory, donations in Patricia’s name can be made out to either the Alzheimer’s Association or Caretel Inns Coventry House.

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Deb Olvitt and Katherine Schaub; and three grandsons, Jacob Olvitt, Ethan Schaub and Alexander Schaub. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Allen Dill.

Patricia served as a Registered Nurse at Mercy Memorial Hospital in St. Joseph, MI prior to becoming the Lead Nurse of the Critical Care Unit at Watervliet Community Hospital. She was passionate about her job and the patients she cared for. In her personal life, She was a member of Berrien County Baptist Church in Stevensville, MI and enjoyed traveling, knitting, watching college football and being with her family.
