The Orchards Mall is organizing several events for the upcoming months. The goal of these events is to reconnect with the community, non-profit organizations, small businesses, and general population. To bring people to the mall would prove to be attractive to a larger store base and support the success of existing mall merchants and small businesses; just starting out or looking to grow their customer base.
Our next event will be to help Non-Profit Organizations raise funds for their cause and will be at no cost to them.
The Orchards Mall Pay It Forward Fundraiser will host multiple challenges for patrons to participate. The nominal donation for each challenge will be the funds awarded to the Non-Profit Organization that is present for the day of the event and receives the most votes.
In exchange for their contribution they will receive tickets to be used to vote for the Non-profit Organization they are supporting. At the end of the event, the votes will be tallied and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the non-profit with the most votes.Another way patrons can support the non-profit organization of their choice is to receive tickets for their purchases at participating stores.

Non-profit organizations who wish to be considered in the voting line up will receive a booth space during the event to share information with the general public, and represent their cause for which the funds raised will impact. Upon registration collateral material to promote their fundraiser will be distributed for their use.The event will be held on Saturday May 24th from 11am-3pm.Non-profit organizations are to register for their booth space no later than Wednesday May 21st and can do so by going to our website http://theorchardsmall.com/events/vendorswanted.html and selecting the Pay It Forward event on the registration page or by calling 269-927-4467.
