Narrative:

 

Sheriff Heit would like to recognize and thank Mario and Melissa Bledsoe for their incredible work with Benton Harbor Salvation Army and for bringing in donuts for his staff on National Donut Day.

 

The history of the Salvation Army proving donuts dates back to 1917 when they served American Troop on the front lines in France with baked good.  More information can be found on their website:

We truly appreciate what the Bledsoe’s do for our community.
