The Twin City Players’ Board of Directors is excited to announce its 2026-2027 Mainstage Season - featuring six productions from high energy farce to chilling dystopia! The season represents TCP’s 94th year of keeping the arts alive! The TCP Mainstage Season opens August 21, 2026 and runs through June 2027.

Much Ado About Nothing, August 21 - September 6, 2026, by William Shakespeare. Directors: Marty & Wendy Golob. Enter the smoky, jazz-fueled 1920s heartland, where the "Merry War" is fought with biting wit instead of swords. Between the haze of the speakeasies and the glitz of the social circuit, cynical Benedick and fiercely independent Beatrice clash in a high-stakes battle of hearts. Brave New World, October 9 - 25, 2026, by Douglas Post, based on the book by Aldous Huxley. Director: Will Flaherty. Happiness is a pill. Individuality is a crime. Prancer, December 4 - 20, 2026, by Greg Taylor. Director: Jen Bomar. A holiday classic comes to life! Drinking Habits, February 19 - March 7, 2027, by Tom Smith. Director: Allen Pille. The Sisters of Perpetual Sewing are brewing up some trouble. Accusations, mistaken identities, and secrets run wild in this laugh-out-loud farce. To keep their struggling convent open, two enterprising nuns have been secretly brewing award-winning wine—but the arrival of two undercover reporters and a new novice sends the Sisters into a hilarious panic. Fiddler on the Roof, June 4 - 27, 2027, based on Sholem Aleichem stories by special permission of Arnold Perl, book by Joseph Stein, music by Jerry Bock, and lyrics by Sheldon Harnick. Director: Avery Saylor. To Life! To Laughter! To Love! Step into the heart of Anatevka! Follow the witty milkman Tevye as he balances his beloved "Tradition" with the headstrong dreams of his daughters in a changing world. Featuring timeless classics like "If I Were a Rich Man" and "Sunrise, Sunset," this is a powerful celebration of family, humor, and resilience. Experience the laughter and tears of a community that refuses to let its spirit be broken. A masterpiece for every generation!

Performance times: 7:30 pm Fri/Sat and 2 pm Sun. Two Thursday performances have been added for Prancer on 12/10 and 12/17 at 7:30 pm. All performances take place at the Twin City Players Playhouse, 600 West Glenlord Road, St. Joseph, Michigan.
